Founded in 2007, Provato was established to serve as a recruiting services partner to small federal contractors, offering an affordable means for small companies to grow through strategic recruiting practices. Over the years, we developed expertise in helping our clients compete for talent across nearly every federal agency, including the DoD and Intelligence Community. We pioneered the use of recruiting CRM technology within the federal contracting community, developing a practice to implement CRM strategies within large federal contractors and government agencies.
Today, our core business model is a hybrid RPO service where Provato collaborates with clients to build comprehensive recruiting strategies and execute them against business priorities. By combining our industry expertise with tools and technology, training, and recruitment marketing services, Provato clients get the deep resources of a much larger organization without the time and expense of deploying such a comprehensive recruiting operation.
