We pioneered the use of recruiting CRM technology within the federal contracting community, developing a practice to implement CRM strategies within large federal contractors and government agencies.
Today, our core business model is a hybrid RPO service where Provato collaborates with clients to build comprehensive recruiting strategies and execute them against business priorities. By combining our industry expertise with tools and technology, training, and recruitment marketing services, Provato clients get the deep resources of a much larger organization without the time and expense of deploying such a comprehensive recruiting operation.
