ProvatoHR was founded for the specific purpose of providing growth-oriented federal contractors with reliable and innovative human resources and recruiting services, based in a foundation of integrity. The business model was built by first deciding how to deliver services that best to solve the dilemmas faced by entrepreneurs in the federal arena. After addressing how to offer reliable services that are unique and instrumental to success, we determined how to build a pricing structure around it.

In July of 2007, ProvatoHR became a subsidiary of NeoSystems Corp. (www.neosystemscorp.com). NeoSystems is the leader in managed services accounting support for small federal contractors and has been the Deltek Outsourcing Partner of the Year from 2004 to the current year.
